Description

HOMELESS ENCAMPMENT ON CITY BLDG FIRE ESCAPE!!!
The Fire Escape at the REAR (Bay Place) side of the Downtown Oakland Senior Center (DOSC) has an encampment on one of the landings which would PREVENT EMERGENCY EXIT from the Second or Third Floor. The Fire Escape is COMPLETELY BLOCKED. This complant was first made to the Police Dept several days ago. Result? ZERO. Can you spell 'Ghostship'?
Seniors won't be able to jump over all the crap blocking the fire escape. The homeless encampment MUST be completely removed immediately AND kept AWAY.
