Is the speed detector EVER coming back?

Does anyone read this? What’s happening?

I was the one to call for them to put in, but as I was told it quit working and our neighborhood did not need it. I want speed humps in the neighborhood to slow the car down, but till someone gets hurt/ and or killed they will not put them in. Our commissioner and everyone else I’ve contacted will not put speed humps or speed bumps in here unless someone is injured or killed real smart Clayton county! For the people who speed up and down this neighborhood, “y’all know who y’all are”. I will be watching and videoing you speeding in the neighborhood.
