Description

On beautiful days, there are a lot of people driving into Pullen Park's parking lot. Frequently, traffic jams occur as people try to turn left into Pullen Park (from the right side of the street) where a traffic jam can be completely alleviated if there were a left turn lane for these people to go into the park.
