Need signs on Broadway reminding drivers that blocking side streets is illegal. Downs St, Elmendorf St., etc are frequently blocked by traffic on Broadway. (Enforcement wouldn't hurt either)

Really old issue - suggestions have not likelyhood of implementation.
If there are supporters of fixing this problem - feel free to reopen with updates on the issue and suggested solutions that have a possibility of being implemented!
