A work order has been assigned to the appropriate staff for the street light repair. Depending upon ownership, the street light repair could be the responsibility of the City, KCP&L or Weststar Energy. Most streetlight issues can be resolved within two weeks. Some repairs, like underground utility damage, can take longer to identify and properly repair. If you have questions, call Public Works at 913-742-6008

KCPL says this light will not be repaired. It is on the cement company property and they keep the gate locked and KCPL has no access.
