Description

Termite rot on windows (verified by my Orkin man), windows are broken and falling out, sashes are rotten, 2 holes in west roof around sewer pipe, flashing is sliding off the roof, overhang on back porch is deteriorating, raccoons have been seen entering and exiting the building, mildew smell near the front of the house on west side that I can smell in my driveway. Shingles are falling off the garage. Wooden fence at back of property is falling. I have filed at least one previous complaint about this and I have called the police twice in the last two or three years when wood covering a window appeared to have fallen out and when blood was seen by a broken window on the back porch. I have also found dead rats in my yard next to his fence. Also occasionally smell something dead on that side of the house. I have previously texted the owner multiple times. He claims to be moving in but nothing has been done to fix the issues in the last two years.
