Description

The smell of sewage is very strong at 1602 and 1604 N Cleveland Ave. The tenant has been removing the top and flusing out the line for many years because waste just sits at that location. The units have been serviced by licensed plumbers several times and there isn't a problem inside of the unit. The sewer line needs immediate attention. Please assist asap! Thanks
