Description

Really, the raccoon caught in the roof next door isn't a city problem? It was a wild animal that got stuck near the upper opening of the drain pipe...and I believe it was still alive when the people living at the house called the animal control officer, I was there at the time. It's been dead now for a couple of days. Why didn't animal control come out to try to rescue the animal. Who knows if it was rabid or not. Anyway, it's still hanging there for the neighbors to see and should be removed before it rots and falls to the ground. I think it's a health hazard. Thanks.
