Description
This is supposed to be a public beach on Great Hill Pond -- not a marina. This property has been designated in Town land records as "Reserved for Beach" since the 1950's. The Town acquired the beach several years ago by tax foreclosure. Last summer two boat owners used this public beach as their marina from April through November. The same two boats have tied up at the beach again this year. This is supposed to be a public beach for everybody -- not a marina for a few people. The Town should make the boats leave.

One boat has been tied up at the beach this year (since May). I notified the town, but the First Selectwoman did not respond.
Thank you for following up on this.

It's my sailboat. I've been here for 30 years.
My deed states specifically that I can launch & moor a boat there.
Next year it will be a 35 ft cabin cruiser, keep it up.

Is this post from that woman carol shade who is always starting trouble with the neighbors?
She moved out and went back to The gated community in Jupiter Florida
