Description
Once again, cars are parked on the back yard greenspace beyond the garages. Will send pictures when it gets light. When can we get barriers to stop this repeat violation? There is an environmental court decision clearly stating this use is illegal.

We have only one report in the last week. If you have photos of an additional incident that was not reported, they can be downloaded to this incident via attachment or sent directly to wward@burlingtonvt.gov
Additional photos will be placed in the zoning enforcement file for a determination on the need to return to the environmental court. The order currently stands from the environmental court judge stating the barriers can be removed seasonally for snow removal.
The information about this incident and any others will be forwarded to the city attorney’s office for evaluation.

The property owner sent the following notice to the residents after receiving the notice from Code Enforcement of the incident on 1-30-13:
The City of Burlington will issue you a parking ticket for $50.00 for parking in areas that are not paved. The City has a Parking Ordinance that is enforced to the extreme!
If I find your car parked off the paved area or in front of the garage or in someone else's assigned parking space, I will have your car towed away at your expense.
Please Note: Once I make the call to the towing truck, it can not be called off, you will still be towed!
