Description

Several trees in this area have several dead limbs that hang precariously over people's parked cars. I'm not 100% sure but I think the city trims these limbs on monument. If the strip of land between the sidewalk and the road is the property of the city then shouldn't they be responsible for any damage to cars that occurs during storms from these tree limbs?

A. Many trees with dead limbs along west grace are in great need of dead branch removal to avoid damaging cars in the upcoming storm season.
