Description

There used to be a no passing on shoulder sign that someone ripped down. Whenever someone is turning from northbound Jefferson onto Hooker other drivers always pass on the shoulder even though it is NOT a passing lane. This is EXTREMELY dangerous as the crosswalk is right there. I have many times witnessed pedestrians waiting to cross Jefferson who were nearly hit by these thoughtless drivers passing on the shoulder.
