Description

Cars are running the stop signs on Lincoln St at the Devine St intersection. There have been multiple serious collisions and thank God none of them have been fatal yet. This problem was reported a few months ago and nothing has been done because there has been no fatality yet. A flshing red/yellow light should be intalled. This intersection is on the USC campus behind the Coliseum and students park in the lots in the area. There are also sporting events, family events and concerts being held a block away in the Colonial Life Arena. I have 2 serious accidents happen at that intersection within the last week.
