Description
Clutter from homeless occupants has reduced sidewalk under the freeway to two feet of accessible path. Obstructions consist of nearly a dozen large trash receptacles, bookcases, newspaper boxes, large furniture items and detritus. Sidewalk is also covered in stale excrement and has been since I began commuting on this path from Jack London Square about one year ago.

Sidewalk is blocked. The garbage hoarding is an unsafe activity impeding public right of way.
Only a matter of time before diseases break out at these illegal encampments - like the current hepatitis A outbreak happening in San Diego right now; health emergency declared down there on Sept 1st.
