Description
People have started to create their own parking on allen st and malone 77007. If u are on malone st going north you can not see traffic coming from west because the cars are blocking view. If u are coming from allen st west the cars rears are sticking out too far blocking you to drive east. Please enforce parallel parking here or put a parking restriction. Allen street is too narrow and heavily commuted to park like this.
