My trash was not picked up Tuesday while everyone else on my street had their's picked up. I sent a message Tuesday evening and it was acknowledged but still nothing has been done. Do I have to wait till next week????

This concern was forwarded to a supervisor in the Refuse Department for their review. Please be advised when ever there is a miss trash collection please do not hesitate to call the Customer Care Center so that a representative can get in contact with the Refuse Department directly on the same pick up day. The contact number is 804-646-7000 our hours are 7:30-5:30 pm Monday-Friday.
