Due to the dangerous conditions at this factory, we cannot return to the site in order to protect the safety of our employees. This service request has been closed. I find that hard to believe that it's too dangerous. Water can be turned off from the street in a permanent fashion. Are you telling me that someone is turning the water back on? The lines feeding the building need to be capped.
