Description

Over the past week vagrants (not sure they are all homeless) have set up semi-permanent squatting in the picnic area under the oak trees in Baldwin Park toward Elgin. At this point it's a rendezvous spot for drug sales (pot and kush) and for sleeping overnight on the top of the picnic tables. There is a fair amount of trash that is also accumulating.

Can we flag this as a spot for Seal Security to walk through and exert their presence, sending the signal that this spot is being watched.
