I totally agree. I walk under this bridge twice a day on my way to and from work. The railroad bridge has piles of pigeon poop and the Capital Blvd. bridge has trash and broken glass as well as mattresses, boxes and bags of someone's belongings. CSX and DOT should be required to clean these areas on a regular basis, not just when someone complains.
I think someone lives under this bridge. Are the railroads required to do any cleaning of debris? I'm pretty sure; they are exempt from maintaining their properties.
