As a drug rehab center, Thunder Road owes it to its neighbors to keep the neighborhood clean and free of tagging, but the wall along the 41st Street side of its block is becoming a tagger target, with multiple graffiti in addition to the one already on the sidewalk on the Opal Street side of the property, which they have so far ignored.
