Thank you for reporting this guard rail. I have several times. Now it is overtaken by kudzu and barrels are hidden. There is a very steep drop off here. If there is a wreck, it would be bad. Please keep this area clean as it is on Cherry Blossom trail and it's looks bad all around here at Rivoli and Wesleyan Drive! The kudzu is getting ready to cross Forsyth Rd as well. The kudzu on Rivoli has claimed all of the signs there as well. It does look...forgotten.
