The location is Willoughby Ohio. There is a cut through street between Rte 91 and Rte 84 called Halle Drive. Constant speeders on their way to and from Pine Ridge Apartments!

Thanks, The speedy actually occurs all along Halle Drive. They enter at 91 and speed down Halle to enter Pine Ridge Apartment entrance on Rte 84. Willoughby could be bringing in a pretty penny in speeding fines in this area! I hope they read this!

Nothing has been resolved! It's still a speedway!

This problem has not been resolved by the City of Willoughby. Where is the radar? Set up a car at 5:30 p.m and see what you find . Park at the corner of Beacon Drive..or park on a tree lawn. Someone almost got hit tonight as they crossed from Heinens. There are constant speeders flying off of Rte 91 by Bally, down Halle Drive and straight into PineRidge Apartments. The only thing that might stop them is the light at the corner of 84 and Beacon. It's a matter of time before someone is killed.

Yea, those apartment dwellers are terrible. We're so much better than them!!

The road has been temporarily detoured due to repairs! The neighborhood has never been so quiet! This is an unnecessary cut-through for apartment dwellers at Pine Ridge Apts and the majority cannot respect speed limits! Our only hope is that the city consider speed bumps when they finish their necessary repairs!
