Solid Waste & Recycling assigned this issue to New Westminster Bylaws

Thank-you for reporting the matter, it has been referred to a bylaw officer for investigation.

There is still a bunch of garbage here. Any plans to clean it up? I don't see the couch anymore so this may be a new load of garbage.

The officer is on vacation this week but we can see in file notes that he was attempting to contact the property owner. A request for follow-up has been requested.

Order has been sent to the property owner. Correct address is 327 Beach St.

So when can we expect it to be cleaned up?

The property owner will be given 10 days from the date of receipt of the order (which they have not as yet).

I'm just back from a week out of town and the amount of garbage has grown exponentially. Someone has dumped a grocery cart full of trash, along with garbage bags and furniture. We're hoping this is cleaned up soon by the property owner.
