This mobile business sets up in front of our shopping plaza where we pay rent and have a business license to be here. They give away free phones which makes it close to impossible to thrive as a small business owner and make any sales. I would like to see this company moved out of the area. property manager cannot get involved because they are not on the property but on the side walk which means it's the cities problem. Well at the end of the day it's really my problem because they are creating problems for us because there is not way to compete with free! please help!
