Description

The stoplight at Charlotte Avenue and City Avenue is very poorly timed. The north and south directions at this light are fed from two dead end streets. When traffic is stopped on Charlotte moving east/westbound there is MAYBE 1 car waiting to turn. The light is timed at least 30 seconds for this 1 car to clear the intersection. This then triggers turn only lights. The traffic backup from this unnecessarily long stop at rush hour is unnecessary. Please review the timing and volume at this intersection.
