Dear Joe Mariscal,
Thank you for taking the time to send in a seeclickfix regarding the valve cover at 3116 Central Ave. in Alameda. This appears to be a valve box from ebmud and not a pothole. I will contact ebmud and notify them that there may be a loose cover. If you would like the contact information to ebmud, the phon number that I have is 1-866-403-2683.
