Description
Every week the recycle truck throws the recycle bins into the middle of driveways in this area. The bin blocks entrance into your driveway without having to stop in the street and getting out of your vehicle and moving the bin. Also the recycle trucks throw the bins in the street (see photo) causing a safety hazard. It would be less damage to the plastic bins if they would stop slinging the bins across the streets into the middle of driveways and put them on the grass.
