It's a sad state of affairs when these good, taxpaying citizens of this neighborhood have to tolerate having their properties and belongings flooded for YEARS after every heavy rain storm...only to be brushed aside in the list of desperate repairs that need to be done in this city. It must be infuriating to these homeowners to see that sidewalk repair took precedent in this City over peoples homes flooding!. triage anyone?

We think you should add more than just a ticket number when you close a report, you should also report what you are doing about it. Thank you.
