Does graffiti beget more graffiti? This is an excellent example that it does. When originally reported last April there were 4 tags. Now, the back of this building has 12 tags. Elvis Fernandes is the Business Manager @ 415.259.6197. He tells me that the owner, Surinder Sroa who has 7 other properties in San Rafael has no interest in removing the graffiti. Request SRPD intervention to get this long standing graffiti removed. Observed 11/12/10.
