The ditch is located on the North side of the road at the corner of Heron and Horizon Roads. Overgrown vegetation in ditch can cause drainage issues and is unsightly. Please clean vegetation and overgrowth from ditch. If not the city's responsibility enforce the property owner to clean it up. If not done so have the city clean the ditch and bill the property owner,
