This just horrible and filthy. I'm and the surround neighbor are very upset that this property is in this shape everyday. Please do what is necessary for this condition.
The homeowner should be held responsible and accountable for these rental home. Unfortunately this not the only home in this community that's horrible and filthy. The person or persons that rent these home doesn't have respect for this community or the homeowner that have live in this community for years that keep their property in good condition. The city cod enforcement should contact the owner of these rental property and hold them accountable for this community and the upbringing of the neighborhood. Any rental property on Sharon street and Mallory avenue should be clean up immediately and eyesore.
