That car is still parked there and has not moved for over a month. There is a 48 hour rule for cars to be moved. I would not care if it was parked in front of the owners home but it is parked across the street to deliberately block the flow of traffic by causing cars to stop and wait for oncoming traffic. Multiple home owners are doing this but only on this block on Furness Parkway. That side of the street should be posted NO PARKING!.
