This have been and ongoing problem that have not been resolved or clean. Please help with this situation of keeping this drain free from trash and litter of the drain. The block of 2100 Sharon street needs to be clean of trash and litter by the property owner and the renter. Community enforcement needed. The drain on both side of the street.
