Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. Twice while walking the bayou trail the large and small dogs at 3308 N MacGregor Way have crawled under the fence and chased me. The first time they crawled under the fence it was two large mastiffs!! Today it was a smaller dog that came under the fence but the two mastiffs were right behind it. The owners were in the back yard and I pointed and yelled "you know your dogs can get out, right?" Lady just nodded and looked at me. This is a public trail and these dogs could be dangerous. My tax dollars hep pay for that trail and I want to be able to use it. Several other neighbors have reported on Nextdoor app the same thing happened to them with those dogs at that house while walking or biking on the trail. I asked once before with a written note if they would secure their fence but it seems they did nothing about it.

That's strange, because when I called BARC and described the situation they routed me to 311 where I waited and the line finally disconnected so I then used the app. I will call BARC again today.
Do you have an extension I can call? Or a person I can ask for by name?
