Description

Small rocks are all over the sidewalk on Prospect Ave. between Olden St. and Washington Rd. and they are creating a tripping hazard for pedestrians. I have stumbled numerous times this year and fell today injuring my knee. Please remove the rocks and replace them with grass, concrete, or asphalt as soon as possible to keep people safe. The rocks are cleared occasionally, but they just end up all over the sidewalk again when it rains or when people walk through them to pass other pedestrians.
