Repeat of issue this morning - at 6:10 a.m.

Thank you once again for reporting this issue. The property owner has been notified of noise complaint and requested to notify the trash company of said complaint. It is also recommended to call the police at 781 284 1212 and they will respond to the early morning complaint when the noise ordinance is being violated.
