corner of Wayne and Putnam st...yellow house on hillside. Large ill tempered german shepard barks at anything that moves...is never walked and noone is out in the yard when this animal is outside. This dog has gone through the invisible fence multiple times...police and animal control will do nothing without a signed statement, and possible need for the accuser to go to a hearing and testify! The mail carrier has not delivered mail to them, more than once, due to this dog at their address. 6am-10pm anytime of day. nice neighborhood except for these people and their cur.
