this is about putting cars for sale in the lot of the 7 11. I could see if the owner was selling his car (1 time) but no there is always a car for sale on that lot and when one goes it is replaced by another for sale. the point is that if you are going to operate a used car lot there, I am sure you need a sales license and proper zoning !!!!!
