This was not helpful. First, this isn't my job. Second, the JTFN also doesn't think it's their problem, and, even with three safety enforcement bodies within 100 feet of the sidewalk, nobody can just grab some sand? It's really unlike the City to ignore potential injuries, so I'm going to reopen this issue, and hope for a more conscientious reply tomorrow. This is surprising and disappointing, and I'm anticipating that somebody will take responsibility before a serious injury or liability incident takes place.
