I actually talked to a city person about this problem and was told that they have no plans to repave this road now or in the future. They "figure" that when someone buys up that land to build on it that they will do the street improvements. I felt this was an inappropriate way to handle city road maintenance but that is what I was told. Not to mention that Mountain Ave is even worse.
