Today at 3:25 pm the school crossing guard at Sanders Rd and Whitesburg Dr. was motioning for me to go through the intersection when all of a sudden she stepped in front of my vehicle and through up her hand. I almost hit her and all she could do was laugh and point her finger at me. If it had not been for my front end pre-collision breaking on my vehicle that STOPPED my vehicle, she would be DEAD right now. This was nothing to laugh about and she continued to laugh at me the whole time she had the traffic stopped at the intersection. She was either trying to be hit to collect insurance or she lacks any knowledge of what a crossing guard can or cannot do or she lacks the intelligent to be a crossing guard. She either needs to be fired or retained. This was a very serious action taken by a lackadaisical person that could have caused a legal nightmare.
