A few months ago I reported a strong gas odor in the street across from my house. The gas company sent a crew out and found a gas leak in the gas line across the street from my front door. They patched the repair with a few buckets of road patching material. Slowly this patch is deteriorating (see photos attached). I don't know if this is Mt. Laurel Township's problem now or if it is the Gas company's probem.

Apple Lane is very heavily travelled during the school season (Countryside Elementary School is right behind the house (127 Apple Lane) where the gas leak was located. There are many buses and cars with students being dropped off.at the school that use Apple Lane many times every day.

It is important that these holes that are starting to appear be addressed before they get any larger.

Please have someone come out and look at the failing street patch.
