Traffic Engineering usually has a pretty good handle on this sort of stuff but I wanted to bring something to their attention that may have been missed. I know the Zierdt Rd widening and Towne Madison projects were developed separately and probably around the same time so they probably didn't communicate with each other. There needs to be a crossover from Town Madison for vehicles to go north on the new section of Zierdt Rd.
Would be nice if that were handled now instead of later when there's traffic using the new northbound lanes of Zierdt.

Thanks for your interests in the Zierdt Road project. You are correct that with our roads often going thru multi jurisdictions sometime we are unaware of development along the corridor. Fortunately that is not the case with the Towne Madison development. Engineering has been in contact with the developer and we are coordinating the design to accommodate the future intersection. A median cross over and left turn lane will be constructed with the Southbound lane construction of Zierdt Road.
