Description

The traffic light at the intersection of Whitwell St. and Granite St. has been skipping the green light cycle for Whitwell St., and just alternating between green (with arrow) on Granite towards Burgin Pkwy, and green both directions on Granite. I observed this on Sunday night, as well as Monday morning.
