Works & Utilities Manager assigned this issue to Parks & Cemetery Foreman

The walking paths are maintained by the Leisure Services Department so I have placed it in a category they use. Snow and ice control is primarily for roads and sidewalks.

So is it that you can not decide who's job it is to finish clearing it ?

Not at all Sir. The appropriate department will have it cleared as soon as possible.
