I use a power wheelchair is that an unauthorized vehicle? Is this park discriminating against people with disabilities? there are 2 dirt paths that are not wheelchair accessible why are these pathways not paved? There is a 6ft grass patch between the basketball court and the paved path why is this park not accessible to me?
