Last year we had quite a lot of problems with the owners of the Catherine St repair place leaving their dogs out all night. They bark incessantly at any passerby all night. (It doesn't help that sometimes people antagonize them.)
We made at least 3 noise complaints last summer about this, and noticed a large improvement after the last time.

Well, it's started up early this year. A couple nights this week I've noticed a lot of barking. At me when I come home, at night when I'm trying to get to sleep. Right now, at half past midnight - they've been barking nonstop the last 20 minutes.

Additionally I think it's irresponsible for them to leave these dogs out all night this time of year. It's 17 degrees out. It was also quite cold earlier this week.
