The property description indicates 165 Colchester Avenue but the photograph in the complaint appears to be the parking for 128 Colchester Avenue.
The property was inspected today and no parking violations were found. The barriers have been moved as indicated in the attached photos. Courts have provided for seasonal removal of certain driveway barriers to aid in snow removal in parking areas. With the vehicles parking in the approved area and none being off the parking area, there is no violation today. This complain is closed.
