Description

In the SW corner of the intersection, 10th and St Peter, there is a large bulge in the road. Only way to describe it is the opposite of a pothole. 2-3 feet wide, maybe 6 inches or more high. I recall work being done around the area in the past, looks like it wasn't repaved correctly.
