They replaced all the street lights on Pepperridge Dr. in Antelope and I feel the new lights cause a safety issue for anybody walking at night. There are dark areas in between lights. The lights only light the area right below them not anywhere around to the sides, so when somebody is walking as they go under light they can see and be seen but as soon as they get out from under light they are in complete darkness until they reach next light. VERY UNSAFE, somebody could hide in bushes and reach out and grab them and nobody would see it happen. They need to be switched back to old style bulbs before something happens.
